Visionary Managers Compete to Win

PayPal never stops trying to redefine how the world thinks about payments and financial services. That’s no small feat, and one way to accomplish this is by ensuring that every employee understands and embraces the PayPal vision.

Brilliant Ink sought to inspire managers to act as visionaries for their own teams by developing the Amazing Vision Race, a program where managers completed monthly communications challenges centered on the PayPal vision:

  • The race kicked off with “survival kits” and posters throughout the PayPal offices
  • Contest information and competition stats were housed centrally on a custom portal within company intranet

Teams with the highest participation won the race, but the most important result is how the PayPal vision has come to life both internally and outside the company.
