Sharing is caring. I’m sure most of you have heard this phrase all your lives. But, what does it actually mean? We set out to find out in this quarter’s test kitchen project.

We decided to bring it back to those elementary years and tell a story about our hobbies. Each weekly team meeting concludes with a Show and Tell. This allows for each team member to share their personal experiences. I’ve now learned the ins and outs of roller derby, that one of my co-workers loves to dress up her dogs in insanely awesome costumes, the joys of arts and crafts, makeup and henna, and even the announcement of a new brilliant baby! These are things I probably would have never known had we not decided to do this. Now when I’m out with this amazing team, we spark conversations about our hobbies, making us closer than ever before. I encourage you to try it out with your team!

In the end, our test kitchen projects always bring something unique and new to the team. We can’t wait to share what’s next!
