In the spirit of Valentine’s Day, we want to celebrate what we LOVE about our work! Whether designing videos, benefits materials or websites; writing, editing or auditing content; project managing photo shoots or intranet builds; conducting focus groups for EVPs or stakeholder interviews for diversity and inclusion programs; or creating engaging communications strategies to tie it all together, we’re fortunate to work with inspiring clients every day doing work that we LOVE. We’re passionate about making an impact for our clients and their people. Happy Valentine’s Day!

The thing I love most about our work has always been leading employee focus groups. Focus groups are almost always a key part of our research process, and I love them because there is simply NO better way to get to know our client companies. Every time I sit down to talk with a group of employees, I’m aware that it’s a privilege to get this intensely personal, inside look at the company. Throughout my career, I’ve led focus groups with vastly different types of people – from air traffic controllers and nurses to manufacturing line employees and bank tellers, and so many others in between. It’s work that I love doing, and even more so, I love being able to deliver recommendations to clients based on what we heard from their own people. Now that’s a match made in heaven.

I love all of the discovery work we do – whether it’s to support the development of an employer brand, help define (or redefine) company values or inform new programming. Most times, leadership has a decent understanding of their culture and employee sentiment, but we learn so much through focus groups and one-on-one discussions with employees, and those are the insights that lead to real change within an organization.

I really LOVE when I’ve designed a deliverable that makes a client’s idea come to life. Solving problems with visual solutions brings me so much joy! And, when a client is excited about what I’ve designed, it brings me even MORE joy! Basically, I love when clients love what I’ve designed and put love into, because designing is what I love to do.

Our clients are unsung heroes. Whenever we can make them shine — whether it's through a killer comms strategy, tapping into metrics and showcasing the success of their latest campaign, or delivering knock-out design — it makes my heart sing. I hope they feel the love all year!

I love creating digital experiences that simplify complex topics or create an emotional connection for employees to their work!

What do I love about my work? Let me count the ways! For me, the work we do to create better environments for employees where they can shine and do their best work is what drives me. I believe everyone deserves an awesome experience at work that’s challenging, enriching and engaging, and I’m tickled that I get to help make that happen. I’m especially passionate about our benefits work because there is such a clear opportunity for many of our clients to dial up the creativity and show employees new ways to care for themselves and their families. I also love the work we do to drive diversity and inclusion practices forward, creating safer and more open environments in which employees can thrive. It’s a complete honor and privilege to do this work for our clients, helping them to ignite the true power of their people.

I LOVE helping clients connect-the-dots at a high level across different teams or business units to develop a cohesive communication strategy. As outside partners working with multiple teams in a company, we can help bridge the gaps and bring teams together to develop a unified plan that achieves multiple goals and helps drive business results.

I love getting to promote our team's amazing work on social and seeing the world's reaction! It's so rewarding to be able to share what this amazing group of ladies is working on and has accomplished.
