Workplace Diversity, Anti-Racism and Allyship Resource Center
At Brilliant Ink, we believe that the work of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) is never finished. It’s an ongoing process – a lifelong commitment to self-reflection and coalition with marginalized communities.
As police violence against Black people, anti-Asian hate crimes, and attacks against reproductive freedom continue to rise, our collective action is more important than ever. As communicators and employee advocates, we must call out racism and social injustice of any kind, and use our platform to nurture brave workplaces free from bias or harassment.
TO BE TRUE ALLIES, WE MUST PLAY AN ACTIVE ROLE IN UNLEARNING AND RE-EVALUATING THE BIASES, BEHAVIORS, AND PRACTICES THAT CONTINUE TO PERPETUATE SYSTEMS OF HARM AGAINST PEOPLE OF COLOR AND OTHER MARGINALIZED GROUPS.
Below are resources that we have found helpful in our own journey as an anti-racist company, and that we recommend to our clients. Check back in regularly for updates.
