Workplace Diversity, Anti-Racism and Allyship Resource Center

The senseless murders of George Floyd, Breonna Taylor, Ahmaud Arbery, among countless other Black individuals, initiated a long overdue global discourse around — and individual and collective action against — systemic racism over the summer.

As an aspiring anti-racist company, it’s our responsibility to call out acts of racism when we see them, and use our platform to build and nurture safe work environments where all employees can thrive.

To enact real and lasting change requires taking a hard look at the practices, biases, behaviors, and leadership that have continued to perpetuate a system that creates inequality, injustice, and violence for people of color.

Many organizations are examining and re-evaluating their workplace diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) efforts to understand where they’re falling short, what needs to change, and how they will measure and report out on progress going forward. And as communicators, it’s our responsibility to play a part in these tough conversations with our teams, organizational leadership, and of course, our people.

Below are resources and experts we have found helpful in our own education as we have these important discussions with our clients and each other. Check back in regularly for new content and sections.
