It's true – most companies have some sort of philanthropic affiliation or platform that they boast and celebrate, but how many companies see it as more than a box to check off? I'm very happy to say that I work for a company that truly believes in the power of purpose, so much so that we collectively decided to include “meaningful contributions” as one of our new company values.
