Oh Baby, Baby

We make a lot of fabulous things at Brilliant Ink. We drive employee experience and communication strategies. We create inventive campaigns, clever videos and compelling infographics. And we even make PowerPoint sing. We also create a lot of little humans, or as we like to call them, Brilliant Babies. As our team gets ready to welcome two new mamas back to our ranks, it got me thinking about the complexities of parental leave and the even trickier bit -- returning to work.
